Pero desgraciadamente esto enquista m\u00e1s nuestras dificultades y podemos quedarnos a\u00f1os atascados en ellas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero&#8230; \u00bfy si decidimos acoger todas las partes que te conforman? \u00a1Todo lo que t\u00fa eres!<\/p>\n<p>Y si resulta que todo lo que eres y sientes, \u00bftiene derecho a existir y ser tratado con respeto y amor?<\/p>\n<p>Para poder ayudarte a ti misma, primero necesitas escuchar y acogerte.<\/p>\n<p>Mi funci\u00f3n es facilitar este proceso: ofrezco una base de comprensi\u00f3n mental y creamos (conjuntamente con la persona) un espacio de respeto y amabilidad hacia todo lo que emerge (pensamientos, emociones, sensaciones).
